Copyleft License
Copyleft licenses give more rights to the user than traditional copyright. It is permitted for the user on this website to copy the ratphotos, to multiply them, to print them or to resend them as photos.
This has the advantage that every user can use the rat photos, without contacting the author. Pictures or other Copyleft resources can therefore be spread much faster.
However the users of the rat pictures also have obligations. The most important one being, to name authors (and my website or their website). This should be highly visible or in a place, which it is intended for, e.g. in the footnote or on a side about copyright and copyleft regulations.

Generally the following license is valid for all rat photos of this website.

Every author can additionally choose another license. But there is a license mixer and still more exact information, which concerns to the different licenses with the Creative Commons.
By the way, the author still has the owner right of the pictures. As said, a Copyleft License gives the user more rights than the traditional copyright, but it does not take the right of the author to be recognized as the author.
